At Zero Wrestling, we strive to:

1. Grow and develop life long passion for the sport of wrestling

2. Prepare members to achieve success at the highest levels through skills, confidence, grit, and mental toughness

Facility

Since the summer of 2023, Zero Wrestling Club has been privileged to share the art and sport of wrestling. Facilities are co-located with our partner, Zero BJJ, in a 2-story 13,000 square ft warehouse equipped with a first-floor gym and 5,000 square feet of mat space on the second floor.

Success to us is measured in the effort put forth by the athlete, improvements they continue to make, and a positive attitude to keep coming back for more. Wrestling is a sport that is impossible to perfect, our goal is to engrain mental toughness, grit, confidence, and the tools required to be successful as a person and wrestler.

Fun & long term success

Wrestling is grueling and intense sport, early success in this sport very rarely points to long term success. We focus on providing a fun and encouraging environment where we routinely play games and focus on always improving. Our vision is to inspire the next generation of wrestlers and fans, and to create a lasting legacy in the wrestling community.

Open practices & coaching

We believe in creating an open and transparent environment for everyone to enjoy and learn about the great sport of wrestling. While some clubs restrict or offer only closed practices, we at Zero welcome parents to contribute and learn alongside their wrestler.

Similarly, you will likely find our staff helping and coaching at events even if your wrestler is wrestling for another team or school. We will always be in your corner.

Position before submission

While learning and executing big moves is an important aspect, we believe in a style of wrestling that focuses on securing and maintaining controlling positions, wearing down your opponent, and scoring points in a controlled and strategic manner.

Improve each & every wrestler

We believe in striving to improve each and every wrestler that walks through our doors regardless of current skill or membership status. We emphasize creating dynamic multi-dimensional wrestlers, teaching and strengthening techniques that work at an individual level.

Community

We believe that wrestling is at its best when it brings people together. Our community is made up of passionate wrestling fans and talented wrestlers who share a love for the sport. We welcome everyone to join us and be a part of our growing community along with our partners at Zero BJJ.
